Conrado Donati

CEO of Concordia Participações, in addition to chairing the Board of Directors of BCI S/A and serving on the Board of Atlântico Sul Capital and Founding Partner of Donati Buzanelli Advogados. My career combines Law, governance, and entrepreneurship, always guided by values of ethics, innovation, and positive impact. My education includes an MBA in Economic and Business Law (FGV), an MBA in Compliance and Governance (UnB), postgraduate degrees in Economic Criminal Law (University of Coimbra) and Criminal Law (UBA), as well as a specialization in Organized Crime from the University of Rome, Tor Vergata. With over 17 years of experience, I transitioned from Criminal Law and Corporate Governance to building strategic business solutions. I worked for 14 years at a leading law firm and maintained an active presence at OAB/DF (Brazilian Bar Association, Federal District Chapter), collaborating on committees focused on the environment and strengthening young lawyers. I am a founding member of the Institute of Criminal Guarantees (IGP), where I held leadership positions, and have participated in boards such as ASPER Tecnologia, Acqua Brasil, and Innocence Project Brasil. Today, my commitment is to contribute to a stronger, more ethical, and humane business ecosystem, connecting legal tradition with a modern business vision where governance, sustainability, and innovation go hand in hand.
Marcus Vinícius Buzanelli

Lawyer and legal executive with over a decade of experience in Business Law, Corporate Governance, M&A, Strategic Litigation, and Regulation of the National Financial System. He acts as the partner responsible for the Corporate & Litigation area at Donati Buzanelli Advogados, with a solid track record in leading complex corporate operations, business structuring, compliance, and representing companies in strategic litigation. He is the Legal Director of Concordia Participações, an investment holding company operating in sectors such as energy, sanitation, infrastructure, and technology. He has served as Legal and Compliance Director in regulated companies and technology-based startups, leading restructuring and institutional governance projects. His work also includes legal advisory to fintechs, techfins, startups, and new economy ventures, in addition to practical experience before regulatory bodies such as CVM (Securities and Exchange Commission), Bacen (Central Bank), CRSFN (National Financial System Resources Council), and CARF (Administrative Council of Tax Appeals). He is also a Reserve Officer of the Brazilian Army. Author of legal articles in specialized journals such as Migalhas and JusBrasil, with a focus on topics such as director's liability, business judgment rule, and corporate compliance.

Lawyer with solid experience in Public Law, with notable expertise in tenders, administrative contracts, administrative sanctioning processes, administrative improbity, and regulation. He is the partner responsible for the Public Law area at Donati Buzanelli Advogados, where he advises national and foreign companies on strategic issues involving Public Authorities, control bodies, and regulatory agencies. With complementary education from excellent institutions in Brazil and Europe, he holds specializations in Compliance, Governance, Economic Criminal Law, and Regulation. He has acted in highly complex cases, including before the Federal Court of Accounts (TCU), the Comptroller General of the Union (CGU), the Attorney General of the Union (AGU), as well as regulatory agencies such as ANTT, ANTAQ, ANEEL, and ANM. He is a reserve officer of the Brazilian Army, where he developed skills in leadership, strategy, and decision-making in high-pressure environments.
Pietro Madonia

CFO of Concordia Participações, Investment professional specializing in distressed debt, sovereign restructuring, and emerging markets, with experience leading transactions across Latin America, Africa, and Europe. Previously worked at Stifel Nicolaus in London on private equity and debt opportunities, after beginning his career on the Credit & Sales desk at J.P. Morgan in the UK. Pietro holds a BS in Philosophy and Economics and an MSc in Mathematical Logic from the Catholic University of Milan, as well as a Master’s in Economic Policy Management from Columbia University.
